Description: In 1999, Wu Guanzhong painted “Zhouzhuang”, which was inspired by his trip to Zhouzhuang, a famous ancient town in Jiangsu Province. The crisscrossing black lines in the painting depict the small bridges and flowing water in Zhouzhuang, while the green, yellow, and brown dots represent the houses and trees along the river.
